Who’s on the team?
ParchmentAI is currently built by founder Stew Glass. He brings more than a decade of startup product experience and is focused on improving life for psych professionals, strengthening client experience, and helping testing practices operate more efficiently.
Are there any licensed psychologists or neuropsychologists on the team?
I treat ParchmentAI as a community. As a Software Engineer, I bring the technical experience and work to include clinical voices at every step to make sure I'm building useful features. So while officially the company is just me, all of the work I do is inspired by the field! My calendar is open, I'd love to hear your feedback!
Where did ParchmentAI come from?
My wife is a Licensed Psychologist at a nonprofit and it was a common occurence to see her working nights and weekends. It was never a question as to why, families were depending on her, but her waitlist grew and grew over time. As AI got better I began to wonder if there was a way I could use my Software Engineering experience to help. When I found out this was a problem others were facing, ParchmentAI was born. It is an honor and a privilege to contribute to such important work!
Do other users see my work or data?
No. User data is restricted to the account it belongs to, and one customer cannot access another customer’s content.
Is my data used to train AI?
Unless you have explicitly agreed to some of the First Class features, none of the data entered is used to train AI. In those cases, PHI is never included in training material.
Is ParchmentAI HIPAA Compliant?
ParchmentAI is HIPAA compliant. Compliance is an ongoing journey that requires vigilance and dedication. With more than a decade building software I've established best practices and protocols into my processes from the start. The security page is the best place to review the current security posture and request more detail.
Can ParchmentAI score my test reports or provide a diagnosis?
No. ParchmentAI does not have access to the proprietary clinical materials required to score test reports and does not have the expertise to diagnose your clients. ParchmentAI works only with the input data provided by you.
